After a prolonged hiatus, real life has finally calmed down and normalcy has been restored. With a little optimism, I should manage a picture post in the respective daily threads a few times a week now. Yak has done a wonderful job in my absence, even managing to show me up on a number of times (good job Yak 8Y). I hope he continues posting pictures, as he has demonstrated his high ranks in 'picture hunting' skills :party2:. Additionally, he covers requests such as the Privateer Press, that frankly, I have very little familiarity. Rambling off...picture mode on. *cracks knuckles* Gigantic red button of doom has been pushed.

PICS OF THE DAY: Greater Daemons- Nurgle & Slaanesh (Khorne and a little Tzeentch to follow in the coming days). It felt good to say that again.

For those unfamiliar with these models, they are ENORMOUS. The first few images will demonstrate the scale of the GUO & the KOS (or, as I like to call them, the tumultuous bag of ooze & Mr. Androgynous)

The GUO is... disgusting, and in a good way. Personally, I hate Nurgle stuff, but that said, I can appreciate good work.

The KOS is... creepy. Again, in a good way. *shiver*

Those are some awesome and beautiful (Not really the right word, but hey) looking GUO's. They all look so slimy and rotten :rofl.

i'm just wierd but,


looking at the models is cool,
but I find it more interesting to look at the same object on each model
and see how they painted it different that the others.

On the GUO above, i was looking how each did the wounds and small cuts on the legs.

On the Bloodthirsters..it's the AXES...it's cool how each person pulled off the axe a different way.

Don't mind me, Sho'Nuff is just having a weird moment.
