I'm in, only one question. Is it any mini? Or is there a specific one we must paint, etc?

Any mini is allowed. However, the idea would be to aim it for your given painter. For example, say they played space marines, say Black Templars, then painting an Ork for them might be a bit off, unless they would enjoy the mini. That is the aim, but any miniature is allowed.

One way to get what you want painted is to perhaps mail out the parts/figure you want painted to your person... I have seen ones done this way...

Either way it is all good.

well then it's not too sneaky.

How about everyone just say something like:

"Hi, I'm Jaffar. I like long walks on the beach, but I prefer 40k. I play Imperial Fists, but I love anything that is well converted. I know yellow is a pain, so a techmarine or librarian would be cool (since I have neither). Sometimes I like to get really crazy, and make non-power armored units. If it's well converted, I'll love it."
