Here is a commander mini for a Storm Lords force that I've been adding to for quite some time (my client in this case likes to work in smaller additions to his force from time to time).

I do believe that you have the crux terminatus on the wrong side of the mini.

Nice work! The colour scheme is pretty cool looking and I like the touches on the weathering you have done. They add a little bit of flavour to him.

I do believe that you have the crux terminatus on the wrong side of the mini.

That's actually by request of my client that all terminators have their shoulders swapped.

It is because the normal Storm Lords insignia uses a lot of red, and is meant to go over a white background. Terminators usually have their chapter markings on the opposite shoulder as the rest of the marines- so they would end up with the chapter markings on the red shoulderpad. He decided he wanted to swap this around rather than alter the insignia/chapter coloring to make it work.

Fair enough. Was just hoping to warn you before the client noticed if it was a mistake

The only complaint I have with it is the patch of cream on the inside of the cape, just below his left armpit (models left) looks very different from the rest of the cape.

The cape is actually white on the inside, and red in the back, but then I added some layers of grime to it which darkened it up.

That is a really cool mini. Do you have some other angle shots? I would love to see his shoulder pad.

I'm sorry, but I think we didn't get any other angles on him before we mailed him off to his owner.
