Yes, not GW but then LO isn't just for them. Figured some may like to see what other companies can do, these are the entries into ReaperCon 06 in the US.

What do you all think? I am quite impressed with this lot, Reaper do some impressive minis. It's just not easy getting them in the UK, shame as I'd love more of them.

Beautiful, I used to play reaper, I loved the minis, these were winning entries I assume? It is true, not only GW can make nice models!

The first one looks like Jen Haley's work. Very nice stuff. Thanks for sharing!

Cheers,

the daemon baby in the first mini is just....weird... Kinda reminds me of the flying/winged babies in GW - which is just...weird - slightly scary

Like the 2nd egyptian mini though...awesome sculpt...

I don't play them, but when I get sick of painting marines, I'll pick up a Reaper mini or two and paint those as a break. Personlly, I think they're gorgeous models and fun to paint.

I still dont understand why reaper is so much nicer to paint, as opposed to GW sculpts. The whole reaper style of sculpting is so much sweeter too. I wish that they were easier to get hold of in the uk, and I wish I had someone to play against. Those minis though just make me want to burn my GW stuff, and start selling the reaper line for a living, and teach people how reaper minis like these are so much better.
I love the light sourcing on th first model, and the headpiece on the second is amazing.
