Most games magazines didn't rate SA too highly (NGC only gave it 72%), but I have noticed many of us here have it and I was wondering what rating you would have given it.

Personally, I would have given it 84%, my only negative remarks being that it was too easy and too short, otherwise perfect.

It was ok..it kinda upset me a little..starfox was only originaly cool because of the cool starships and tanks and stuff..if you take all that away..or turn into just a side feature..you get an anthro fox with a stick..which..( no offense to Toastee)..just isn't that cool

That may be your opinion, Wraith. However, give your reasoning, and don't just shout out insults. Anyway, you cannot base your opinion of the mag on one review.

I thought I was quite good 85-93%. It took a bit time for it to get good, at the start its quite crap. The new starfox thats coming out (i think this year) looks really good.

IMO good but not great. The combat was just bashing the same button over and over again, and has no real replay value. Apart from that the graphics and sound was great and i really enjoyed the space ship levels.

84% is what NOM UK gave it! The graphics are cool and the spaceship sections are good (but rubbish compared to Lylat Wars I'm arfaird) The gameplay is cool, and the game isn't too short. A bit low on vartiry here and there. People are only harsh cos Rare left Ninty (idiots&#33

It was repetitive, easy, boring, mindnumbingly easy fighting, looked like it was made for some one of 9 or 10, incredably short, no really hard puzzles, and it had way to few flying levels. Other than that it was decent. I would give it a 75%. I was expecting something more along the lines of StarFox 64 and I thought they could have done a better job if they wanted to go Zelda style.

I agree that the combat was rubbish, it should be like zelda's. THey should have used up dated Lylat Wars (Starfox 64) levels!!!!
