    This is a qoute

""There is no doubt in my mind that the first 24 hours of Halo 2 will be bigger than the first 24 hours of any movie at box office or music CD. They will pale in comparison. Halo 2 will be the biggest 24 hours in entertainment retail history. This is bigger than video games. It’s a pop culture phenomenon. The anticipation for the November 9 launch is huge. Our retail partners will have thousands of stores open at midnight, with hundreds of thousands of copies snatched up right there." "

Now I really really want it LOL

Even if if does come out on the 9th, I doubt I'll be able to get ahold of a copy till mabey April?

    But I still can't wait.

Came whiffling through the tulgey wood,
    And burbled as it came!

    :o
That is so a silly statement.
    So.... so silly.

I really don't think it will be that big.
    Taken from CIA's Factbook,
~60% of the worlds population is between 14 and 65.

I'd cut about half of that off, setting it between 14 and 30.
~halve that, since the female gaming population (Maybe Lillah... scroll down to find her )
    is very... very... small.
And take a good 40% off of that total since I know many, many people who would NOT buy Halo. Of course, about 60% of the guys I know DO want to buy it..... idiots
Note that personally, I think Halo is overrated. Poeple assume it's the "best game". I abhor it like I abhor Conquest mode in UT2k4. Vehicles driving over infantry. Constantly. For hours. And hours. On end. Air units coming down and smashing infantry... guided rockets. As a whole, in my opinion, both are lame. (Halo and Conquest Mode of 2k4)

So not a very large percent of the world is looking out for Halo, whereas likely many many MANY more people were expecting the 'Worlds first movie(s)', likely during a World War where the people at home were so bored (I think) and the soldiers were crazy bored, I'd expect higher rates of anticipation there.

I never miss a chance to argue against my favorite game to argue against of all time.

IMO, Halo is a piece of smilie face ripped off. Like... smilie smilie smilie

    hehe. Sexiness is worthiness...?
