Yeah, I know, mimimal requirements etc. But I'm getting a new PC in a few weeks and I need to know on what parameters Dawn of War will work smoothly and without slowing down anywhere.
Thinking of a 2Ghz processor and 512 RAM, will that be good?
In general your processor doesn't have as much to do with performance of games as things like ram and video cards do. I suggest investing in a nice video card like a G force or something.
The enemies of the Emperor fear many things. They fear discovery, defeat, despair and death. Yet there is one thing they fear above all others. They fear the wrath of the Space Marines!
i am also waiting for my new pc my old one runs it just fine with a p4 1.8 and 512ram but i have a ati radeon 9800se 128mb.
my concern is that my new puter though a much better processor(AMD 64 3400) and better memory has a GeForce fx 5200xt 128mb card. i have google searched it and even gone to nvidias web site but can only get tech specs on the GeForce fx 5200 128mb seems the only xt version hits are from a store in the uk and it just list the cost to purchase one.
does any one have this card or can they help lead me to the tech specs on it?
lol you do have to have a rather good motherboard to play alot of games, 512 ram is good, and the best graphics card for minimal money at the moment is the radeon 9800 pro for around 150 pounds,
