i am considering a polymorth. when it says i need so many amout of wizards, do i lose them? or do i just need them to cast the spell?
also, how many people have polymorphed? and if u have, was it successful?
you loose the wizards.
Polymorph is only free if you havnt used turns. benifit is becomming another race with there benifits instead of the current race you have!
It is a costly spell. You lose a ton of your food, gold, troops, and turns.
I polymorphed from Orcs to Dwarves, and it was a great move! my economy went up quick. However, you loose lots of stuff... nothing you cant handle.
FROM THE BOOK OF THE IMPERIUM:
1. Thou shalt not go on a panty raid in the Adaptus Soritus temple.
2. Thou shalt not flirt with Howling Banshees. They are the enemy.
3. Thou shalt not refer to Battle Sisters as Bolter Biatches
4. Darth Vader isn’t the son of Abaddon
5. Thou shalt not reassemble a Necron into a washing machine
Here's from the game guide under managing your empire:
Polymorph This gives you the ability to, as a last resort, change your race.
3 or more Wizards per acre of land
It has the following negative effects:
10%-15% loss of all units (military, civilian, arcane)
16%-54% loss of all buildings, weighted towards the middle
15%-45% initial loss of food, mana, and cash; this value increases for larger empires, and decreases for smaller empires
250 turns are lost (not taken)
50% health drop
