    figure size

What size are these figures? Are they the same size as Warhammer figures? I was thinking about using a Blighted Legionnaire as a lord or a unit of Sword masters if they were the same size. They look a fair bit bigger but that doesnt mean anything.

They're larger than Warhammer miniatures, I think something like 30mm or maybe a little bigger, I don't know the actual size specifications.

Check out the Miniature Producers thread stickied in either the Modelling or the Painting forum; it has a big list of different manufacturers that you can look through.

They are certainly not smaller than 40K Marines.

And the Warjacks are an excellent value. The heavy 'jacks are approximately the size of a dreadnought, they are made of pewter, and most cost less than a dreadnought. Their detail is excellent as well.

One thing I have noticed with PP miniatures: their mold lines are very faint, and on many models they seem to have their mold lines running along the corners or lines of armor plating which makes them blend in. I appreciate the planning that went into designing these things! Less work for me in prepping the model, and less chance of me missing something until its too late.
