Which army in HORDES would you say is the cheapest to field and if so what source do you use for acquiring your models cheaply? So far Maelstrom Games is the best i know of but a 750pt force is still costing about £120 to field before getting someone to paint it at high commission prices!
Was looking at Circle Baldur Stones or Skorne Heavy Beast (i don't like infantry, they cost lots in money) but both of them fetch about the same price model wise (Circle uses more stones/solos and Skorne Titans cost a packet)
Realistically, they all cost quite a bunch.
If you're after the best pounds/points ratio, I'd suggest looking for an army that is based off the Starter boxes (they all save you a bit of dosh), and the 'small' infantry, which normally ends up around 100pts for a full unit.
It could be worse, you could be trying to build a Trollkin army with lots of Kriel Warriors.

Even a squad of 6 infantry or so generally fetches £18. Rather have a beast for the same money. But fair play yeah with the Warpack, Skorne's is a good warpack, Id use all the models in that.
A beast-heavy Legion of Everblight list using Vayl can be taken up to 750 points and include only 18 models.
Honestly, though, these people price based on raw materials used and by points value, so your cost will be about the same regardless of what you choose, unless you go infantry-heavy Trollbloods.
