Welcome to Librarium Online!
Like many others, I have been enticed by PP's shiny models
Heres my first attempt at a list, although I'm not really sure if I've got it right so any help would be really appreciated
6 x reeves of orboros 6
1 x feral warpwolf 9
4 x tharn ravagers 6
1 x tharn ravager shaman 2
1 x argus 4
1 x warwolf 1
1 x warwolf 1
1 x kaya the wildborne 6 (wasn't really sure about the cost)
Should I replace the warwolf with a blackclad wayfarer?
All comments appreciated!

You're actually 12 points shy of a 35 point list. The 6 points that Kaya costs is actually 6 free points you get to spend towards beasts. Right now your list looks like this:
Kaya the Wildborne +6
-Feral Warpwolf 9
6 Reeves of Orboros 6
4 Tharn Ravagers 6
Tharn Ravager Shaman 2
War Wolf 1
War Wolf 1
For a total of 23 points. I'm not a Circle player and don't know much about about the Faction but here are a few general suggestions:
1. Hordes is pretty balanced so you can usually pick the models you like, build a list around them, and not get totally blown out of the water.
2. Full units are usually a better investment than smaller ones in 35 point and higher games unless you have a specific plan for them.
With that in mind, and a quick read of some cards, here's some suggestions.
Bump both units up to full strength (Reeves to 10 men and Tharn to 6), which takes the list up to 30 points. The Tharn, beasts, and War Wolves are your melee force and the Reeves give you some range. You've got 5 points left to spend so you might think about another beast. If you want you can play around with removing War Wolves or the Tharn Shaman to free up points or just pick a 5 point beast.
Again, I'm no Circle player so you might want to ask around at your store for someone who knows more than me.
After a quick look over your list I can offer some suggestions having played against and with Circle. pKaya is a warlock that really feeds off the warbeasts in her battlegroup, and you only have 2 in your list. Hordes is different from Warmachine in that 'beasts are truly vital to your 'lock whereas warjacks are just tools for warcasters. Having said that I would suggest bringing a Gorax, as Circle has few ways of cracking tough armour, but a Warpwolf with Primal on them with the strength buff works quite nicely. Also, another heavy would be great as it would add to your heavy hitting power. Megalith and the Woldwardens don't lend themselves to Kaya's play style that well, however if you like them you can make them work. Personaly I would go with the Shadowhorn or Gnarlhorn as both are cheap and hit hard (the Shadowhorn can two-handed throw things you want dead in front of the Warpwolf, who'll eat anything that is knocked down).
Your infantry is an odd mix from my experience. If you like the models/fluff I say give them a go, as anything in PP's games can be made competitive if the player is familiar with their models. However, I'd suggest a full unit of Wolves of Orboros (WoO) with Unit Attachment as they can provide cheap bodies with high accuracy and damage on the charge. This would also help your War Wolves get flank bonuses off models engaged in the WoO's reach.
I know I'm a bit late to the party, but as a reasonably experienced Circle player, hopefully my thoughts will be slightly useful...
Firstly, a lot of what Blood Blade says is very true.
Beasts are central to Hordes, and pKaya especially (the p in front stands for Primal, the book she was in originally, and differentiates her from e(or epic)Kaya). Her spell list and abilities mean she is very much a support warlock, and wants to be near, but not actually in, the fight.
As a general rule of thumb, most warlocks want between 1.5 and twice their fury stat in 'available' fury (ie: the combined fury stats of their beasts). Kaya probably wants a bit more, as a beast support caster (especially as her spells and feat allow her to manipulate her beasts fury).
So, as a start, I would suggest:
+Feral Warpwolf (melee beatstick, with the right buffs it will kill anything in the game)
+Shadowhorn Satyr (cheap heavy, very fast and agile, and a power attack king! Note, this beast is not everyone's favourite, and the Gnarlhorn is often touted as being better, but is much less subtle... I'd probably go for whichever one you like the look of most)
+Argus (cheap, very handy animus, and quite cool ranged debuff attack, especially with pKaya's Spirit Door)
+Gorax (cheap melee beast, with very, very useful buffing animus, but beware the downside of it)
That takes you to 18 or 19pts (depending on the Satyr chosen), including Kaya's beast points.
I would then start balancing out Kaya's weaknesses, which are generally dealing with opposing infantry. Circle has lots of options for this, I'd suggest either:
A Pureblood Warpwolf (10" spray atack is very cool at thinning out units, and as an added bonus he helps buff the Feral Warpwolf), or
Tharn Bloodweavers (a variety of special attacks let them be very effective against light and heavy infantry, but they loose their effectiveness against the undead... They also have Stealth, which is very handy), or
The Lord of the Feast (a brutally effective solo, very nice, finds his way into almost all my lists), or
Tharn Ravagers (a decent option, but I've found them to be a bit squishy overall... If they can get to the enemy they will slaughter infantry, though atm I'd ignore the Shaman, he's decent but a bit weird)
Any of those choices will drop you into the mid to low 20s, and I'd probably recommend taking 2 of them, and definitely the Pureblood, which should take you to 30ish.
At this point, I'd have a look at some of Circle's support units, of which the best two cheap choices are Shifting Stones and the Blackclad Wayfarer, both of whom are awesome.
If you have the points, consider taking the Druids, along with the Overseer, who add a huge amount of versatility into the list, but are not cheap...
As an aside, Reeves are pretty solid, and a nice anti-infantry choice if you want them, but I find that ranged units often loose their sheen halfway through the game, once the armies have become locked in combat, as they start loosing targets etc etc.
They are good at what they do though, and if you like them, give them a go.
Just my thoughts, like.
