A quick text update. Im currently working on the yellow of the Imperial Fist helmets mounted on my Iron warriors terminators.

This picture is a little out of date, but it shows some progress atleast.

I used a base coat of tin bitx, the a heavy drybrush of shinning gold. After this i used some inks, i mixed chestnut ink with black ink, about 3:1:4 of chestnut, black, water. I tried to paint this into the cracks and obvious shadowy areas, then i used a little bit more water to paint it over the larger surfaces. On a character model i would probabley highlight the edges again with shining gold very lightly but this time ive got 5 models to do and with combi plasmas they will be on and off the board in a flash, Kill the enemy before your gun kills you!

Nice work m8 the guns look loads better than when I last saw them won't be long till you get your titan now hay. Are battles in the near future are going to be awesome just need wilson to actually get one army up to 3k points but that looks slim lol.

Maybe if he gets on with his Orks, but otherwise its a no no! I think hes going to have an ork warboss with a pirates hat on! Maybe the one from the Ogre maneater.

Im going to try and finish as much as i can from what ive got first. Im currently working on my hellblade base, im using plastacine to smooth out the gradient of decline from the tip of the crater to the base, ill then sand it all and put some spiky bits of paving slabs and pieces of imperial fists in there too.

The current schedule is.

Hellblade base
Land speeders and crusaders to make and complete
Iron warriors lord in termie armour and hellblade to paint
Iron warriors rhinos to make and paint (chevrons ahoy)
Iron warriors Iron souls (plague marines) to make and complete

I can say the titan will be around Easter time ish at the rate things are going! I want it now!
The base is gonabe covered in craters and a plasma pool!
