Sprayed up a troll for now. Will get him painted and finish the other one, with a couple of 'phew glad that's over' painting projects after that before i start on the other goblins

I bring news... had a 2000pts game the other day, with 15 fanatics in total (10 on my side, 5 on the other). Ended up going my way.

A fully deployed goblin army is slightly intimidating, as you can see:

You might be able to see the blue giant in there

Had another game against high elves (aaah), ended up winning with the giant actually DOING something. No pics though

EDIT: Army so far (2000pts):

BSB (Hero)
3 Level 2 Shaman
120 Speargoblins
Giant
2 Trolls
3 Spear Chukkas
4 Units of 5 Spider Riders
10 Fanatics

Additional stuff:
60 Odd Shortbowgoblins
Various warbosses/shaman
10 Black Orcs
1 Orc on Polar Bear
Half a Dragon

my suggestions on the 2k army list are:

remove a spear chukka, it is 35 points and another special choice.
remove a unit of spider riders
remove a fanatic or add 2 so you have 3 in each unit
take a high leadership charracter to stop those panics and help the trolls
add another troll, 2 are to easy to beat and 3 makes a good unit
add some squig herds because with 5 you have a rank and file unit that hits hard and never runs (just make sure you are miles away when they lose combat)

this is just what i would do and you might also look into a unit of orcs for some needed muscle. i just play it that way, although i do have 4k odd of troops and a lot of space to spend.

Actually, I got another troll in the 25th birthday celebrations - I haven't used him yet but a unit of three sounds really nice. Squig herds are another thing I definately want in the future, they sound like a blast.

Thanks for the advice - i'll work on more goblins some time, after I finish some Orks
