Some nice highligthing on your sergeant with power fist, but i think youve gone a bit to heavy on the gloss varnish on them.

Actually havent used any varnish - its more to do with the flash setting on my camera and the lighting. In natural light they look a lot flatter (almost too much so on the tactical squad which was done with drybrush highlights). I'm just planning to use a very light coat of matte varnish as a finish.
Funny what the camera shows up that you dont see with the naked eye.
1st rule. Always ALWAYS undercoat your models. There is nothing worse than a fairly well painted model with bits of raw plastic showing.

There is a lot of plastic on show.
When I saw it I didn't think "Hmm, fairly decent paint job," I thought "Jesus, I can see grey plastic!"
This would not have been so bad if you had undercoated the model.
