Default Arklite’s annual one month painting blitz!
iIts that time of year again folks. With tourneys and the L-O meet looming ahead of me its some to drag out my servo arm and commence a one month painting blitz.

Last year it was my dwarf army and I quite liked the results so I hope to repeat my success this year with a lizard men army!

my challenge is a little more pressing this time however as the army is almost completely unpainted and I’ve got to paint it during uni term time

Will I succeed in this challenge? Probably not. But one can only try.

List of minis to paint:

Old blood on cold one
Scar veteran
Skink priest
49 skinks
15 saurus cavalry
3 terradons
30 saurus

I currently have the saurus on the painting table and should have 1 unit of 15 done by the end of today :happy:

If I did 2250 points of Nids in technically under a month. Then you should be able to do it no problems.

Although i did a lot of drybrushing. Oh the drybrushing.

Progress pictures are the way to go forward.

and hey! what do you know! i have my first unit complete. i guess thats the advantage of a speed painting project, you get some results quickly

i have to say sorry about the blur in these pics but the sunlight has now faded since taking them (about 10 minutes ago this being scotland ) i'll get some in focus ones when i can but i'm sure these will sufice for now. :party2:
