Some Initiates & Emperor's Champion WIP.
The light isn't really good enough to take photos, so I've just uploaded a few to get the ball rolling. More to follow.
After fidling about with my fancy-pants camera for god knows how long I managed to take the best pictures by just sticking it on my desk with no backdrop and holding a lamp behind it. Absolutley typical. Anyway, here are some current and closeup pics of my Emperor's Champion.
This guy was originally intended as a Marshal, however, everyone at our club kept mistaking him for the EC no matter how many times I corrected them, and I went off the foot Marshal a bit anyway. So here he is, he has had a vision and donned the armour of faith!
The model is an MKII Veteran with his Plasma Pistol handswapped. His weapon is a GK Terminator halberd (the arm is actually the standard bearer's arm from the Command Squad boxset (see metal above), he has a Terminator Iron Halo and the cloak is a plastic Commander's cloak, cut off and then heavily greenstuffed onto his back.
Even though the pictures are a bit dark they look really good, i really like your commander model as well, i did a librarian based on a veteran model, wish mine had turned out as good as your commander
Keep up the good work
Back in the zone!
Nice looking templars! I really like the conversion for the EC he looks really dinamic much better pose than the normal one.
