I really dig them, though they are pretty tiny, so detailing is somewhat tricky...

And yet you still produce excellent work. They are awesome.

My fav is the dude on the right, about to pull his pistol.
Tricorn hats are cool too, though.

I've heard they were tiny but you'd never know looking at the paint job you gave them. I vote for more updates.

An update? And it's only been 4 days?
Bloody heck!

This fella was a blast to work on, all muted purples and tired whites, with that nice amber scythe...
I also tried out the new GW dead grass on his base, mixed in to some of my normal mix for my Circle, which was pretty cool.
It feels like fur. Not sure if that's a good thing, but I enjoyed it!

He was finished in about 10 hours, give or take.
I'm taking him along to a local tourney in a few weeks, and have almost finished the entire army: Just the Shadowhorn Satyr left to do!

Anyway:




There is a thread over *here*, if you're a completist...

that scythe is something else, the rest of the model pales in comparison but is still excellent.

If you don't mind, how did you do the blade on the scythe?

I think you should ask your nearest GW if they would mind giving you a few painting lessons. Its obvious you need them. :p


I agree with Dee, the blade is pretty. However, I need to remind you that you owe someone a mini for the LOCs project. Remember?
