Default The Wrath of Ike: DavidVC04's Vampire Counts
I spent the afternoon at Reaper's Asylum cleaning up a couple of models. I did a wee Wood Elf and then started on this bad boy.

I only got as far as his two wings, but it was worth it because their company paintjitsu master was there for paint club. I'd file and cut, hand the piece to Anne, she'd hem and haw, tell me one looked better than the other, point out an overlooked mold line, and hand it back to me. Eventually, I got the thumbs up and now feel better about tackling the rest of the prep process on my own.

I've never tackled a model this big, never done a dragon of any sort, and I do want him to look sharp. He's a back burner project, but I want to be able to field him for fun and kick of my refreshed VC army with a sharp model.

Thanks for the encouragement, guys. This project is a lot of work, but at least I have the resource of going by Reaper and getting advice with the bugger.
