Oh, i never saw the rubies at aside angle. I take back what I posted on eclipseone6's thread. They look amazing.

The Great Plague meets The Devourer of The Galaxy. What does that make us?
Thanks for the support, guys.
I really am stumped, though, on other designs for 'em.
All I have so far is the "hornet," which is in the picture, and one that has two diagonal stripes. That leaves 4 more ideas to go. I was considering having the two squads be uniform in the type of design they have. Perhaps one squad would have stripes with hard angles like the two I have started already, where the second one might have swirls, or some other different theme. I want them to look cohesive, but different, and it certainly has me stymied as how to move forward. My original plan was to have EVERY bike be different, but just coming up with handful of ideas that are different yet still similar is proving to be difficult enough, so I cut my original number in 3.
Frozen, I think having a uniform scheme around the army, and having maybe 4 diffrent bikes for your warlocks and farseers would look better. I plan to reverse the stripes on my other 9 guardian squad, to make it a little different.
It's Photoshopped? It's photoshopped... no it's not... *cry*
I wish I could paint so well... I like the transition to the blue... awesome job!![]()
Thanks to all the people showing faith in me
I sometimes feel that everyone will leave me and they will be on their own...
Alright, so I finished the bike last weekend, but unfortunately I left it at my friend's apartment. Just got it back and here it is.
Next up will probably be a squad of dire avengers for a squad painting competition next month. They are currently being assembled. My color scheme for them will probably be the reverse of the guardians. White body with the royal blue for armor plates, instead of black body and teal plates. It will tie in with the color scheme of my army, yet still pay homage to the blue and white of normal avengers. Not sure what I will do for their heads yet (maybe black with orange faces like my farseer), but I think teal will go on their tabbards.

Wow, those are some really nice looking Eldar. The colours look really vibrant and you've done a really good job highlighting.
@ Acez. Thanks, I mainly started up eldar just so I could paint with vibrant colors and to start to learn how to freehand.
@ Jon Quixote. That isn't quite right. Brightness isn't the issue, really, more that the blue/purple color just ends up looking only blue. It's all about the color wheel, blue and orange are opposite, so my main colors are the teal (one step away from blue on the green side) and royal blue (one step away from blue on the purple side) and the grab color is orange. Unfortunately it doesn't come across when the color's aren't right, I will have to try and fix the white balance on my camera I'm guessing(where is that darn manual?).
Anyway, what do you lot think about the Avenger? Is the color scheme too different, or do you like that it is the opposite of everything else? Keep in mind that the vast majority of my army is black and teal based like the bikes.

Great looking models you got here FrozenCore they look stunning. If you place those on a game tabel the opponent will probabbly be to awe struck to do anything. I thoughed you used Eldar tricks but this is just unfair.
I like the Dire avenger it's a nice new take on what I normally see what colours did you use to get that blueish Grey on the armour it looks bieautiful.
Cheers CJ
