Hey all,I figured that it was about time to make use of all the old minis that i have laying around and add to make them into full armies, when I was finished looking around I had a whopping 7 armies that need to be made (although I decided to just make 6)
they are:
Chaos mortals-2500pts
vampire counts-2750pts
space marines-1500pts
Orks-1500pts
minas tirith-650pts
ogre kingdoms-2000pts

plus ill also be tracking the creation and painting of my Golden Demon entries for this year.

The first army that Ill be building up is chaos mortals, I had already started them last year sometime but lost enthusiasm when I heard that they were being updated, so now is the restart, I can tell you that next update ill be doing 4 trolls to add to the army.

Well ill start by showing you some pics of what I currently have:
COMPLETED ARMY:Necrons

STILL TO COME:Chaos Mortals, these guys will be the army that I concentrate on first, and i have a question; what mark should i give the cetigors and beastmen I got them when it was hordes and not mortals, I was thinking of khorne, but tzeentch generally have those sort of legs, so im stuck.

STILL TO COME:Vampire Counts

AND THE GD ENTRIES(still a WIP):

I moan and I only have 2 and a haf small armys (although I could muster up a 4th from carboot goodies).

Is the one on the right a Daemonette, perchance? Something scaly anyway.

can't wait to see some more stuff, could we get some close ups of some models please, especially the necron lord. As far as guessing the sculpts, I can take a couple of wild guesses. Right: Bloodletter of Khorne, Left: Sorcerer of some sort.
Good luck on your models, I have no doubt that you will absolutely clean up in the youngbloods this year, leave some room on your trophy rack for some more demons!

An Inquisitor and a Tzeentch lord, perhaps the WAR one.

Ill give you a tip, when completing so many different projects, concentrate on one, once its finished move on to the next one.

Thanks for all your replies guys, but im affraid I cant return the favour becuase non of you figured out what the two GD minis where, but I can say that Dan was the closest/

well for the first update I know I promised trolls but they are taking more time to sculpt than I expected, so I present to you Centigors/Marauder horsemen.

I thought the musician model looked really cool so I decided to put a little bit more time into him, these are all just mass painted I just done them then while I was bored so they arent much of a good standard in my books.

I've only done the skin becuase im still deciding between khorne and tzeentch (dark red or dark blue), I started off with
"1/1 deneb stone, dwarf flesh" then a wash of
"1/3 red ink, devlin mud" then highlighted
"the base colour+a small amount of Rose Brown (vallejo), dwarf flesh and skull white", then highlighted
"previous mix highlight+ skull white" then finally highlighted
"previous mix+skull white.

so without further adue here are the skin picks-

enjoy all, C&Cs always welcome, and remember I need help deciding between tzeench and khorne, so input from anyone will be much appreciated.

And remember REP to the first to guess what the two GD sculpts will be

I vote Khorne - red seems a lot more chaos-y to me than blue does. Great looking flesh on the Centigors.
