I tried to start a blog a pretty long time ago with my Warriors of Chaos but I just felt it wasn't working.. nothing was organized and I wasn't able to feel that it was fun to update it and post pictures and so on..
Now I have people to play with so I'm more motivated to make my army bigger and finish it.. My first goal will be 1000pts. Right now I have:
5 Chaos Knights
12 Chaos Wawrriors
20 Chaos Marauders
I have changed my colorscheme totally. I think it's very odd for a Chaos army but it looks really cool and I made it look kind of Chaos.
The quality for the models won't be high. They'll look good when you game with them but they won't be painted for showcase. I want a colorscheme that is easy and take a little amount of time to paint because otherwise I wouldn't feel that this project is going forward fast.
I'll post text updates often. Updates with pictures won't be as often but they will happen.
None of my models are 100% done but I have a picture of my horses where the armor is done. The metal is NOT done. ONLY the yellowish color.
Is the pic to dark? Just send me a message and I'll make it brighter.
Today I'll start to work on 4 of my Chaos Warriors. I'll try to finish their armor today and start to work on the metals and capes tomorrow.
Well, if that's you basic quality, you got nothing to worry about!
I like the color, it's a change from the usually schemes you see out there, it's kinda nurglish, non?
Just an idea
I've basecoated 4 warrior's armor with gray and two of them one step further with brown. Now I'll start to add the mud and dirt on them.
I like the scheme you've chosen, it's very chaosy.
Agreedyour colour schemem is really nice, this army will look awsome when its fully painted.
looking forward to seeing some picture updates.
