Some people may be aware that my gaming group, in a way, is following a new craze that came from another forum. Migsula, a brilliant artist and modeller started a game called 'Imunda' using a mix of Necromunda, Inquisitor and Dark Heresy rulesets. Each player has a gang of henchmen, using mainly the Necromunda rules, they roam through the galaxy trying to uncover heretics and evil at the Games Masters (GM) directs.
=][=nquisimunda is very similar, the differences are, we use much more inquisitor rules in our blend, all stats are out of 100, using D10s etc etc. All our warbands are much smaller too, most are three strong.
One of the main ideas of Migsulas Imunda was to convert awesome looking models, this thread will follow the flow of the campaign and will show the progress of our warbands and NPCs. It will most likely be updated mainly by myself, but others of the group will join in to.
Is a lightly inhabitated snowy mining world, which, for some reason has been over run by flesh eating mutants. The Inquisition has be called to sort this mess out.
Contacted by Grand Master Ulysses Tempre, Marius Augustine Corinth is a green Inquisitor of the ordo malleus. His two henchmen are Vito Vex, a gunslinger (mobile gun turret) and Johan Koivisto, a ex guard sniper.
Currently I am working on Corinths display base, its going to be set under a bridge in the run down working class section of Delphian V's only city.
Yeah I've been following the =][=nquisimunda at that other place.
The minis are looking good so far.
Hahaha nice! I love the sound of this! This reminds me I really need to work on my guys for my Mordheim group my friends and I are part of. I have this thread marked!
Nice work Dan. I like the minis, they look pretty good. The game sounds interesting, where is this "other forum" of which you speak? I'm curious. That display board looks funky thus far, I would prefer if it was more of a warzone, then you could bring the bridge down and have rubble everywhere. That be cool. =p
Using 28mm figures instead of 54mm means you either half the ranges or use cms as we do.
Time for some NPCs...
The horde, frenzied zombies, they are quiet weak but are good when they gang up on lone characters.
Small Mutants, all have names including belly boy and MJ.
Medium Mutants. Tougher and stronger than the other mutants previous.
Large Mutants. Both nasty, the heavy stubber mutant might as well be a sniper with the current dice rolling. The mutant with the road sign is a serious danger in combat.
Super Mutants. Pretty much just run away and frag 'em!
More to come.
......and part of an objective moment would be to gain all zombies within a 12" radius, roll two d6 and on any double a moment from the music video "Thriller" engages in the town square, resulting in 300 bonus points for the player whose turn it is.
