Here is my monthly list of stuff ill be doing. (Red means unit finished)

Month 1 – Shagrat's Tower Guard - 1 company (2 later on)

Each months forces have been spread far as possiable.

The empire parts don't look too bad. Maybe you could try some flagellant parts? they're smaller than the marauders and there are some sleeved arms that would look about the right size.

Yea, last night i found a bunch of them they should do nicely. I also found some last edtion empire halberdier arms but they have some of the thrilly clothes on but with some snips and file i should be able to even those them as well.

Thanks zema i am going to be on a tight schedule the next 2 months at least. I have just noticed i have wasted 20 minutes converting the task master for nothing since mordor uruk-hai cannot have them and just the orcs can....dam you to hell sauron....

Re,member in the two towers when merry and pippin were captured by Uruk-hai? Then they met up with a group of orcs? Remember how the orcs wanted to take a break and the Uruk-hai were urging them on, not allowing them to stp? Whobetter to beat the orcs into shape than someone bigger, stronger, and braver than them? Use him as an ork taskmaster.

Been abit of a delay with the next update cause my internet has gone out the window since friday. Still waiting for BT or my provider to pull there finger out and Do something about it. Untill that time no update for now.

Looking good. Not sure about the whip on the TM though, could you not have used one of the flagellant whips?

The flagellant 2h weapons look good, some nice kitbashing there.

Lovin' the taskmaster. The flagelent arms really do suit the models i think.
