Here is the start of my 40k Ork army. This army is gonna be all about slow build, and as much conversion as possible. All my army will have extra armor, or cyborg upgrade, to reflect its Bad Moons allegiance.
I'm hoping that the practice i got with my Ogre Kingdoms army will help me get this project to the next level.
The current roster is not final, but its what i'd like to build.

looks lovely, but i noticed that "Painted" is Green... BUT I SEE NO GREEN!!!
So i just purchased Assault of Black Reach and a Big Mek with KFF (Dont ask me why i purchased that one, its not even a KFF i wanna use in my list).
A few question raised while looking at the Boyz. Since i decided to go with 'ard Boy Shoota, AoBR is a really bad kit... look like i'll have to build myself all the shoota.
I dont really mind tho, since this army is all about Konversion.
So i present you, my first "From Slugga to Shoota"
Not 100% happy about the look, i was hoping the "bullet" line would come up better.

The perforated barrel on the first is a nice toutch and adds to the realism. The top 3 guns is perfect in my mind, but the last one seems abit odd. I think perhaps the barrels are abit big compared to the others.
I want my ork to look like they're charging, not just standing there like a bunch of retard. That means alot of cutting and Greenstuffing. So i been working on my Orks all day with just 2 half finished Ork. Am i slow? Hell yes.
Robotic Arms took me about 5 hours to make but it still needs a few hose and such. It's not Orky enough yet, but i'm frankly tired of working on it.
Anyway, here's a few pictures of what i've accomplished so far.
