vidrian - They look great. Very well converted, I love the halberd; very beefy and orc like. The drummer barrel is a nice idea, I really like idea of using them in your fantasy army.

@kuffy, thanks man, I figured that aslong as i'm making orcs anyway, might aswell incorporate them in my army. Funny part is they actually look like a ragtag team of veterans on a movement tray, perfect Big'uns!
Owkee so it took a bit longer then I expected BUT here's another update:
the finished Boss:
He took ages to finish, but then again, i did have alot of projects next to this boss ( like the rest of the gang)
I also made the Standart bearer/hero for my warband, since i want to use them in my normal FB battles i had to make a standart. in mordheim he is the most 'ard boy around, with T5 and resilient, heavy armour and shield he's the tank of the gang. Since the banner makes it almost impossible for him to get into cover i decided to play him as a tank too, cover is for pansy's anyway!
So that's the update for now, i forgot to take pictures of the biguns, but i'll make those the next time i update.
Stay tuned!

Juicy update, I'd dare say! The paintjob on the boss is very bright as per Vidrian, very nice. The Standard Bearer is a treat as it is, can't wait to see it finished!
Cheers,
LS

Thanks for the reply mate, even though I haven't put anything new on yet the army is still staggering forward.
since the last post:
Chariot painted and finished
Orc boss painted and finished
snotlings halfway done
Black orcs coated and partly painted
troll mucha's (half orc-ogres count as trolls) converted and almost done.
I'll put on some pictures either tonight or tomorrow!
I'm surprised that so many people like the bright scheme, it's not something you see often these days with everybody devlan dipping their army's or the GW making these ultra realistic super highlight models. But for me these Orcs where a chance to try some cartoony brightness and I have not regretted it yet (except for the uniform goblins formations maybe)
Besides painting i've also been playing with the army, but that's not going to well...been loosing alot so i'm thinking of upping the warmachine amount in the army. I've been sketching troll stone flingers, rocketboosted doomdivers, and troll muncha chukka's ( giant crossbows/ spear chukka's) i'll see if i can put some of the sketches online aswell.
Stay tuned!
