Welcome to Librarium Online!
I will add new pictures to this thread whenever i get some more models painted.
My name is Bo, im 31, and ive been painting for about 7 years now. Im a photographer so dont hesitate to ask any questions you have about painting, conversions or taking good quality pictures of your models.
Although i wish I could get my models painted faster, my main objective is always to make the models look as good as possible and never to sacriffice quality for speed. When i bought White Dwarf 351 and saw the 'eavy metal painting guide for the ork badmoon warboss I instantly fell in love and it didnt take long before i went out to buy my first orks after that. I'm painting the entire army in the same way thats described there (for a full description on how i paint these models, check out http://www.librarium-online.com/foru...oons-army.html in the middle of the page)
I'll get started with my favorite model so far ..My Battlewagon !!

Next Up is another one of my favorites ..My Nob Biker with Power Klaw and Waaagh Banner (he will be part of my warboss squad along with 3 other nobz and a painboy) .. Im not sure about the banner though .. i think it may be a bit too large and thus takes too much attention away from the model. Maybe i'll make a new one soon, im not sure yet.
I Used the arm from the warboss in the black reach set and converted the power klaw with part of a Big Choppa from the Nobz box. My bikes are all attached to their bases with magnets and in this case i cut off part of the tire and put in the magnet at an angle so that he is leanong over to grab someone or something with his power klaw.

I know i said the Battlewagon is my favorite but i like this one just as much, if not more ... here is my very original ..
Painboy on Trike with Grot assistant !!!
I converted this from a Forgeworld Nob biker/trike, a normal metal painboy and some plasticard and green stuff. I used plasticard to make the trike wider and add a seat for the grot. I repositioned the legs of the grot so he was sitting and cut away the stuff between the painboy's legs so he fit perfectly on the trike. I then used a normal ork biker arm for the painboy. I wanna say i replaced the needle in his seringe because it looks cooler and because he needed a longer needle to reach further from the bike .... but the simple truth is: i drop my models way too often and the original needle didnt last long. This needle is a broken drill from gw drill set, wich also broke because i dropped it, but since the part with the grooves has been cut off it is now the stongest part on any of my models :p
The grot assistant can be removed in play when he is used

My orks' paint job looks like trash compared to yours. Keep up the good work.
I'm convinced you've trapped a group of professional painters in your basement. Any who don't meet their quota get a shock from your grot-prod to inspire them to work harder.
What is dis signature nonsence?! dem stupid human zoggers are always trien to confuze us.
Excellent job, especially with yellow!
I tip my hat to you sir!
Arch Overfiend & Grand Despot
I currently play:
Doom Eagle Space Marines
Hive Fleet Omega Tyranids
Goff Ork Boyz(dead)
Tau of O'me
Inquisitorial Xeno Hunters
and my attempted foray into fantasy
'Dark Angel Green' Dark Elves in need of fluff
I am loving these orks. The yellow is a great, strong vibrant colour and the green skin contrasts perfectly well with that. Great work, and thanks for bringing them over to show off!
What's next for your army then?
Well Kuffy .. i was actually posting some more pictures of my Trukk and Deffkopta but i got a message that a moderator needs to aprove those posts first .. i have no idea why .. maybe to many posts in too short a time ? I will try it again later so they will be up soon.
Also, I'm now painting my Big Mek with SAG, my warboss (on bike), My first buggie (converted from a trukk) and some boyz (i need so many of those and i keep painting all the cooler stuff first). I've also been converting my first set of Killa Kans, and gave them a face, a bit like the deff dread but different for each one. I think im gonna leave these on the shelf a few more days and then have another look at them cause i feel like it needs some more details .. maybe i'll post those too so i can ask some opinions before i start painting them.
I really apreciate all the great reactions btw ... none of my friends or family are into this hobby so they are never as exited as me about a beatifull finished model :p
