hey all (Wow its been an awfully long time since iv made a new thread here!)
After finally finishing up my orks and crimson fists to a decent standard and selling them off. i realised i had no warhammer army to field which was rather shocking! I wanted to try something different and after playing way too much Armoured Core and watching Iron Man 2 once too many times i chose to make a small battlesuit heavy Tau force!
I have always shown an interest in tau, however they are always way too clean cut for my liking. I want to make them look gritty and hardcore, so im going for a swamp themed force. Il reflect this by painting all the models with nice mucky browns, with green camo stripes, battle scaring and other such things on the armour plating.
Modeling wise i was going to make some (Not all) of my fire warriors partially submerged in murky water (Up to their waist, knees, that kind of stuff) and one or two battlesuits also partially submerged.
Anyway enough of my babbling, on to the army list!
