Well... I ordered a "Witch Hunters Inquisitor and Retinue" box off of eBay about a week ago now and saved about $4 aus from buying it from GW. That's about 2 quid or $3 us. Anyway... I'm still waiting for it to get here in the mail (the seller is in the states) and so I did some quick brainstorming and photoshopping and got some painting and converting ideas down. The only model in the set that I think is worth converting is the acolyte. All the others are great as far as I see, although another thought came to me about representing the laspistols on the Lexmechanic and Sister Hospitaler for WYSIWYG rules. The Acolyte looks more like a servitor than a Inquisitor-in-training just out of the box, so I'm thinking of giving him one of my spare books to make him look more dignified. I also want to get rid of that silly little nose-tube. Well here is the photoshopped pic with my intended colour scheme for the squad. For the rest of the army (pfft... like that'll ever happen) I was going to try and copy a scheme I saw in and old WD. White power armour and blue cloths. I might have to paint the Sister Hospitaler in the same way.
Anyway... Here is the squad- (i'm sorry about the terrible book)
Comments, critisisim, ideas etc. is all welcome.
I think the colur scheme looks good.
For the SOB's with the white armour and the blue cloth it does look good i have done the same with my own SOB.

I think the blue looks pretty good, at least in the photoshopped shot. Hopefully it translates well on to the models, when they finally arrive!
Yeah I hope so. My thoughts for the blue... Regal -> Ultramarine -> Asurman wash -> Ice. (obviously I'd blend the colours in between each pot)
Anyone that is really good at painting blue and has any tips, please speak up.
I got some WH Inquisitor and Henchman conversions coming up soon, Including the parts for the buggers in pictures. I reckon i'll put them up within 12 hours, would you like to see them? (Converted from a multitude of plastic parts, notably as you mentioned a extra book from a spare skaven hand, there's also CSM lord book, DA book and others like flagellant books, i went through all the options)
I think the last guy isn't a henchman, he's a pentinant
If you want to make a henchman pm me and i'll help you as much as i can. With bits if you're lucky.
edit: p.s. my new attempt is inq and retinue set 5. I probably have about 50 henchmen total, as when i started i absolutely loved making bespoke squads.
