I have been collecting Orcs and Gobbos since 6th edition, but up until now i always painted up whatever came in the gw box. Now i decided i want to give my waaagh its own feeling and im redoing my army. I have several projects in mind and in the works. All comments, questions and criticisms are most welcome.
To start off, here is Warlord Grimtoof Dwarfchewer himself. Im planning on repainting him sometime and giving him a banner on his back, but this is what i came up with a few years back:
With the new rules for spear chukkas being able to misfire, i knew i needed more than two. This is what i came up with for my third spear chukka:
Gotta love BFSP dwarf cannons.
The blue tack the dwarf is standing on is going to be replaced by a rock, to make him seem standing a bit taller and add some scenery to the base.
Im really hoping Kuffy will see this post. I once told him the famous quote by morglum necksnapper that the only thing better than a dead stunty is a dying stunty which tells you where to find its mates. Kuffy said a stunty would never do anything for a greenskin. Yet, heres a stunty being bossed by greenskins.... This is for you Kuffy Thank you for the inspiration
As soon as my orders come in, im going to be making a unit of big uns. Also have a project in the works for a pump wagon, and some night gobbos.

There arent any big un models and i wanted my unit of big uns to stand out, so idecided to model them using nobz. Here is my champion for the unit of big uns. I still havent fully converted him (the axe needs to be modified to fit fantasy and not 40k). Im playing around with poses, hence the blue tack. Rest of the unit is going to be made over the next little while
Hey DC, loving the conversion work (particularly the giants head)... little surprised to see a bully with the 'spear cannon'... looks good, but not ideal pts-wise...
...also great idea with Nobz for big-uns! Looking forward to seeing more!
The bully is there only for "looks". I wont be actually fielding him points wise or using him as a bully. Ill stick with the standard 3 goblin (1 being a dwarf ) crew. The bully has pegs in his feet so i can put him into the base or take him out as i wish and swap him with a gobbo. Now that you mentioned it, i should go make a gobbo bully
The big uns will take a while as im waiting on supplies. Its hard to even make 5 of them rank up, so a unit of 25 will be a lot of fun haha. Ill post up the first rank as soon as i can.

Some nice stuff there dude. And yes, I see it.
The cannon is nice, but I find it too... dwarvish still. The same goes for the dwarf. I think you need to do something with them, I am not sure what but neither would be in a good condition in the hands of the greenskins.
Hmmm.... the cannon i can make the wheel look busted up or fallen off and paint it really rusty and dirty. The dwarf is a bit of an issue. The only thing that comes to mind is taking the beard off somehow or his hair, but im not that skilled to start cutting it up and fillig it in with green stuff if i mess up. Or maybe having a gobbo wielding a torch and burning the dwarf a bit, which id show with burnt clothing once i paint it, or sculpt some fire onto the dwarf. Any ideas anyone?
Slapping a Black Orc shield onto cannons works well to Orkify it, and I swapped the wheels for boar chariot ones (A empire greatcannon got Orcified, to go with my Ruglads armored raiders / 50 arrer boyz themed Orc army that has looted a empire castle / Armory)

That sounds like a cool idea. I might add a round gobbo shield as one wheel or add a glyph here or there. Have anypics of your army? Id love to see it
