That armour is pretty much exactly the same way I did my Chaos Chosen. Simple techniques often work the best!! The clothes look good too, are they just washed?

Yeah it's just a Devlan mud wash over white so far. I'm still not sure on the new white as its making me do a lot less shading. I may have to mix so dheneb stone in the this base layer when I highlight. Have got another handful of these guys sprayed and a few pikemen in the same state. I would have done more if I hadn't got distracted by my new ideas!

Looking good so far, shame about the wash gathering at the bottom of the banner though, only just realised how to stop that happening myself... just lie the model down on its back

Well I've left this alone for far too long.

Today I bought this guy.



And decided to build the halberdiers!



Unit started at last. This unit is going to be 30 strong and needs to be at least undercoated by Tuesday so I better get my skates on!

I've got a game on Tuesday 2000 points of my empire versus a dark elf list so I'm going to see what else needs finishing when I play the game and then go full on with this painting hopefully finishing the army off. Only got a few bits left to do so a bit of effort and we shall see what happens. If I manage to get it all done by the 26th of next month I have caught up and completed this TOXG project on time even if I have missed a host of monthly targets!

Well I'm certainly not going to hit the deadline now but I've made a good go of it. I'll be taking pictures of all of the completed units and will throw up what I have left to do as and when I get round to it.

However I have been working on my general model. He's the witch hunter model but was so nice I had to include him. Havn't done much to him but here's a snap of the progress so far.
