I have just recently started playing warhammer again. Been about 12 years. I have an army ready to go but have been having some trouble getting motivated to paint it. Hoping that if i can keep this thread going I will get more painting done. So far I am pleased with what i have Finished. There is another thread in the WoC forum with my army list.
First couple units:
Chaos Warriors of Khorne
Battle Standard bearer of Tzeentch
The rest of the Army is assembled, i will try to get some Pics up as i get started on them.

Looks good so far, I like the different colored tail of that... uh breast creature lol
I borrowed this little baby from my Mother. Will give it a go for doing some detail work on the rider.
Pretty amazing, base sits on the floor and has wheels and a foot pedal to raise/lower the lighting.
The lense isnt cracked, that is actualy a reflection of a crack in my blackberry's screen lol.

Looks pretty good all together - Nice work on the creature's frill and the flaming sword.
Just noticed the vials and bag on his back, too, bringing a flash of bright colour to the rest of the model - good work there, too.
If I had one criticism, it would be that the blending on the cloak thing could be done a little better. It doesn't look bad by any means but the transitions between colours could just be smoother I guess is what I'm trying to say. I seem to have lost my eloquence this morning and can't seem to phrase that without making it sound mean or condescending. I don't mean it like that at all!
Overall, though, some pretty solid work!
Like it mate. It's nice to see someone else who uses coloured metallics on their slaanesh stuff. The colours contrast well too.
I agree with deadstar in that the cloak could have been blended a little better but the harsh highlights do work and contrast nicely with the rest of the model. Personally I'd highlight the purple armour up a little more but that's just me. What's next anyway?
