Warriors look so much more hardcore with no Horns.......

I prefer a lot of models without helmet adornments. The warriors do look brutal without them.

I like them. The armour colour and the red match well, giving them a look of wandering the wastes beating up whatever gets in their way. It's also nice to see an army that isn't either black or silver armour. Nice going, looking forward to more.

Well after over a month of painting downtime thanks to rooms needing painting, furniture moving and all that stuff I've finally got my second unit nearly done.

here's some WIP pics of them as they are currently. I've spent a lot of time on the cloaks, hopefully they've achieved what I set out to do which was to get a sense of heavily campaigned and worn cloaks rather than the shiny highlights and new feel - which I was trying to avoid. sorry in advance for the naff mobile phone pics - I really must make me one of those photo cube things !

The warriors are looking good Mr. Kaleb. I'm subbing. I have one question though... shouldn't they be "bisected down the middle, one half white, and the other black"?

Ahhh Sdefreit - yes I haven't forgotten, - I think I will probably do homage to him with a BSB conversion or unit filler, failing that if I'm feeling brave I might well do a unit - don't know yet, but the colours will appear at some stage
