    Ok - the torso.
    1. start with Citadel Regal Blue.
    2. Slowly add Citadel Ultramarines Blue up to pure Ultramarines Blue
    3. Add some Valleho Game Colour Electric Blue up to pure VGC Electric Blue - final highlights.

I use a wet palette - so my paint is always strongly diluted (only the first layer is applied a tad thicker and several times, to get a brighter, smoother base).

    Hope this helps.

It looks like NNM (Non-Metallic Metals).

Great stuff, I love seeing the finished projects but this WIP is doubly interesting. Thanks.

    For the nmm :
Start with chaos black + snakebite leather up to pure snakebite.
Then add white to snakebite up to pure white.
The most important thing in nmm are bleaks - white reflections on the metal - you have to correctly place them on all the metallic parts...

So far this is looking pretty damn good, a nice strong blue colour. However, the NMM I am unsure of. What metallic are you going for? To me I would assume gold but it looks much too dirty for gold, though that might be in your favour - either way, looks good.

Keep it up. This a full army or just a squad or marine?

Heh, when I first looked at the images, I thought you were painting Ultra Marines (just kidding). I don't really have anything else to say, other than the model is really coming along nicely. I'm always curious to know the rate in which painters can churn out models. For me, it's a very slow process. I would imagine that this model will in the end have over 20 hours in it. At any rate, it will undoubtedly be a job well done.
