yes, well, two Thunderbolts down out of four and one of the remaining ones damaged by my three Eldar nightwings is pretty sucky has to be said... and if your assault marines cant take care of a few skirt wearing Dire avenger pansies who am i to blame... using a krak missile to kill one DA on the 'last' turn of the battle was a bit rude though...

still, kicked your ass at AI (<--- note, Imperialis, starts with an I {goofy} )...

either way both games were fun, and i probably shouldnt have run away like a pansy and hence did get my cumuppance - all's fair in love and warhammer.

this post is actually quite unnecessary, but i thought i'd follow the other guys lead and post any useless spam in -t's thread, keep the rest of the forum tidy like...

I had a look at your new clubs website -t. Very nice looking, very nice indeed.

What I wouldn't give for five or six like minded individuals around my area to play with.

Make sure you keep us informed of battles played. Would you recommend me picking up a copy of AI, for the backround and an insane love of ork planes(I blame deff squawdron!)?

Wow, hey, no updates for over a month? That sucks. I suck.

But I come back to you now, at the turning of the tide.
Have been playing lots of games recently, and re-kindling my love for 40k.
Unfortunately this clashes somewhat with university.
Stupid final year deadlines.

Ahem.
Anyway, I have some new models to show off.
Firstly, 4/6ths of my Devastator Squad:

These guys still need GSing, kitting up, and thier bases finishing off, but I think you get the idea quite nicely.

Next, I have my Kill Team, using parts of my Veteran Squad and my CC Scout Squad:

The veterans are pretty much finished (the power sword guy needs some more GS on one of his arms), but the scouts still have a lot of work left to do on them.
I surely hate those scout heads. So much.
edit: Also, I forgot to say that the Veteran's flamer is magnetized so I can swap it with a meltagun for regular games of 40k. Sweet huh?

I also painted that one tactical marine for the contest. I came second. Pleased to loose to Undeadair though.

What's this? An update? Who are you and what have you done with the real minus-t?

Those are awsome. The Devestator Sergeant and the killteam Veterans especially. I have probably said this before, but these models really show the individuallity of ranking Space Marines, which we don't see enough of.

I know your peril, me to is suffering from this hell on earth. Beware of the Deadline offside. I should really tell you to focus on your studies...but then that would have to go for me too and I'm not sure I'm mature enough for giving such an advice just yet.

I am really impressed by your conversions and I must say it's the first time I've seen a marine wielding a huge twohanded sword while making it look natural. That's well worth some kudos.
As always your conversions are at the "maybe I should sit down with some greenstuff and time soon"-inspiering. Very well done mate, very well done.
