Welcome to Librarium Online!
This is a thread for anyone who ever had anything involving Hunters in their games. Everything from ideas set to play as a hunter campaign, to those times when Hunters have stomped in on your supernatural parties only to crash them down.
I'll be damned before the soldiers of the Emperor are just left to rot!
Last words of Colonel Densit from the Rahaxin 19th
"DISS NOT THE EMPEROR'S POINTED STICK, HERETIC!"
If it doesn't work with the Emperor. Then it's been officially Karmooned!!!
BEWARE THE POWER OF THE LIGHT-BRIGHT!
I haven't played Hunter, Wraith or Mummy but I would like to try each nWoD version.
We're currently running a really cool Hunter campaign - there are four of us, and we each play a person who has been chosen by a shady possibly-governmental organization due to having untapped superpowers. They scooped us up, gave us a few instructions, and plonked us down as "deniable assets" in a small city called Sanctity, CA. It's the most secretive game I've ever heard of, with each character having sideplots, secrets, agendas and personal demons that none of the others know about. I'm personally in the process of founding my very own, personal Hunter cell without the knowledge of any of the other players or their characters, and look forward to unveiling it at the opportune moment.
Best part: I had broken into a CEO's office, and was in the process of DLing his entire hard drive to a memory stick - the GM said it was OK, so who was I to complain? - when his personal bodygoon came in. I hid under the table in an adjacent room. He came in, looked about, and then stooped down to have a look under the table. The GM asked what I did, and I said, despairing, "I hope and pray and try to make myself invisible." "OK, he bends down, takes a look, and then rises up." He calls his boss and tells him somebody's been in his office, but whoever is long gone now. Whaddaya know? I did roll invisibility! That's a 1-in-20 chance.
