The car engine rumbled mildly as the Leiutenant stepped out.
The eerie moonlight shined off his face. he was in a good mood. When a second car pulled up the Leuitenant turned away from the lake he had parked by.
Three men climbed out of the new car, but only one walked over to the Leuitenant. They instantly started talking fluent German with each other.
"Vicktor, my old friend, it has been a long time no? Now, we have almost finished our preperations, soon our plan of six years will go into operation and the Allied forces of NATO will be powerless to stop us. I only hope you have finally decided to join us since our last phone call."
"True Ferdinand, it has been far to long. This plan is indeed one that has great potential. You have engaged my interest in this operation. Although I am curious, as to the fact that even though you have spent years of preperation, is the time right? Looking back towards the car, he saw the others had lit a cigarette without asking. "Hey, bring one of those over here," he commanded, "Would you like one luitenant?"
"Indeed, and I am quite certain about the timing, if we hold back too long it could be another three years before the conditions are perfect once again. We go now, and we will succeed! Pass a cigarette over!"
The Leuitenant kicked a few stones around and watched as the moonlight glinted from his highly polished shoes.
"And now Vicktor my friend, we must leave each other, I shall see you in six weeks, meet me at the airport, we shall ride to the Base of Operations together!"

"Good to hear that the details have gone so smoothly. It is indeed time for me to go, I have my own affairs to deal with. I shall see you in six weeks then." Flicking out the cigarette, he walked back over to the cars, climbing into the back.
Leiutenant Ferdinand walked back to his car and climbed in, soon things would be put into operation that would change the way the world was run. He would phone Vicktor in a week and ask him if the other Germans were prepared. Then it would only be a month until they were all together to rule the world.
Finishing his cigarette, Vicktor flicked it out the open window as the car pulled away. He hoped that everything he had arranged had gone smoothly, or there would be hell to pay. Looking to the men next to him, he spoke with a high authority. "You'd better be ready when I call for you, there can be no mistakes. No mistakes."
The phone rang three times before anyone answered.
"This is Leuitenant Ferdinand, tell Vicktor that we are pushing forward the preparations, things have happened which require the plan to start immediately, tell him to phone my cell, we have important business to discuss."
"Sir we're tracing the call, we've got a lock. Its a Mr. Ferdinand. Shall I prepare a special operations team?"
A rather round figure with a large bushy moustach walked over and glanced at the computer screen.
"Yes, it's unexpected for him to make his move so soon. Pull together the new TET* team. It looks like they're going to see their first call of duty!"
*-Terrorist Eradication Team
The gravel crunched as the car pulled into the NATO HQ. Oncce it stoped Mike got out. Not wasting any time Mike enters the building.
David Redshaw stood in the buildings lobby and watched, waiting for the team to arrive.
The first was the man named Mike, he wasted no time in getting inside through the rain.
"Hello I am David Redshaw, welcome to the NATO headquarters, take the second door on the left, there are refreshments set out for you until the others arrive."
Mike enters the room and helps himself to some water while waiting for the others to arrive.
