Hey! We ought to know more about each other, and figure out who plays the same stuff as...er... we... do. Anyway, I play D&D and a bit of Shadowrun. And once, I tried playing a system I can't remember the name of. I think it was based on shadowrun though.
I both DM and play, but I could use more experience in DM'ing. A good friend of mine, the other female player of our group, also plays a couple of Norwegian systems, but since we play in english, she doesn't feel like transelating loads and loads of stuff for us, so we haven't tried that yet.
What about you guys?
I claim the title of "mistress of the vindictive"

Was it Cyberpunk 2020?
most of the time, i play D&D 3.5....... i know, i know, i dont play AD&D , big deal. its because i have about 50 source books for this edition and i already have the rules memorized. oh, i also play D20 Modern, Star Wars RPG, and All Flesh Must Be Eaten Occasionaly.
I play mostly D&D 3.0 and two out of three core World of Darkness games, before the revision in which they became somewhat dumbed down, though I still play the revised versions sometimes, if I can find people who are interested. I have yet to try D&D 3.5 although I've heard that it is very much an improvement over the previous editions. I have been introduced to Shadowrun although I haven't played it much so I hope to get more experience with that game, and Witchcraft, which I haven't really tried but it definitely sounds interesting.
Is my syntax confusing you? No? Good. :ninja:
Here's my closet mega-geekness, this is just pen/paper RPGs -
SR2 (best game EVAR, seriously)
D&D D20 (sucks sucks sucks bigtime)
Palladium FRP (very cool)
Palladium FRP 2nd Ed (sucks)
Robotech (Palladium's system, first RPG book I ever owned)
Star Wars (WEG's d6 version)
Star Wars D20 (super mega majorly sucks)
Powers & Perils (eh... complicated algibraic formulae for determining everything...)
Empire of the Petal Throne (old school!)
Tekumel (the new EPT, have yet to actually play it but the rulebook has promise)
Ars Magica (okay)
Torg (very cool WEG game)
Vampire Masquerade (eh... modern day vampires do nothing for me)
Vampire Dark Ages (much better than Masquerade just for the era its set in)
Feng Shui (Majorly cool game)
Legend of the Five Rings (very cool, the D20 is LAME)
I'm sure there's a few more.
Welcome to Bucketheadland
erm this is a list of games I have played or will play:
Vampire: The Masquerade
Dark Ages: Vampire
Vampire: The Requiem
Mage: The Ascension
Dark Ages: Mage
Mage: The Awakening
Dark Ages: Inquisitor
Hunter: The Reckoning
World of Darkness (The new one)
Call of Cthulhu
Inquisitor (GW game if that counts)
I think that's it.
I don't even want to try and post a list. The amount of different games that I've played at my club and with my friends is too numerous to mention, without me dragging out my giant folder of character sheets. I actually need a new one now, I've ran out of room. And my brother said I'd never fill it up:tongue:
We have a huge cupboard at my gaming club full of RPG books, and we only use half of them. I have played most popular Rpg's, and quite alot of less popular ones (even one's my friends have made themselves).
Why does everyone hate the D20 system? i have played D&D 3.5, and AD&D both and enjoyed playing both a lot. the only reason i play 3.5 is because i already have TONS of books for it. So why do people hate D20 so much?
