Welcome to Librarium Online!
Setting: The battle will take place in an abandoned warehouse. Broken crates are scattered about the large room that looks to have been deserted for some time. Moonlight breaks in the room through broken windows overhead as a few lights flicker off and on. Debris lines the floor telling tales of years of neglect
The chaos marine stomped through the room, boots kicking up dust as they pounded on the floor. The warehouse seemed to be a perfect place to hide from the imperials, the cowards had not been here in ages. In the distance lights flickered as Aegan felt the presence of another, he was not alone. He continued to walk forward until he stopped under a flickering light. A smile slid across the disfigured face as the chaos marine spoke.
"You won't escape alive. I see the dying flame that is your soul. It aches to be free of it's fleshy prison."
His power armored glove dove deep into the pouch at his side fumbling with the tiny glass orbs.
Initiative vs. Silnai (1d20=6)
(ooc: woops, rolled 2x1d20 first, took a second roll that was correct and posted it )
Initiative vs. Aegan (1d20=19)
OOC: Initiative got rolled twice on accident, but you'll notice the other one is AFTER this one.
Before you could reach for your glass orb, a large mechanical monstrosity drops down on you from the rafters, reaching to impale you with one of its many limbs. "Die, son of Nurgle."
Attack Roll vs. Aegan 1 (1d20=19, 1d20=3)
Aegan hissed as the creature moved with more speed than he could have guessed. A large spike railed right into his shoulder tearing through armor and flesh. Pulling his hand out of his bag Aegan took the acidic glass orbs and smashed them against his foe.
Attack roll vs. Silnai, Turn 1 (1d20=6, 1d20=3)
The orbs smashed against the creature, the toxins seemingly just sloughing off of the metal. Whatever it is, it's encased in enough metal to be an Obliterator.
It laughs as the cloud of toxins reaches up into the air, as it lowers its main body, and multiple arms reach forward to rip you into small, bite size, peices, sporting everything from drills, to saws, to blowtorches, all running on apparently full power, and built for cutting through tank armor.
Attack roll vs. Aegan 2 (1d20=8, 1d20=13)
Aegan struggled as the creature held him firmly in place with the spike driven into his shoulder. Instead of fighting back like he normally would the Marine somersaulted backwards. A blade caught his shin as he rolled away from the monstrosity. Aegan rolled against the wall as he looked to the creature with a smirk. A grenade was missing from the Chaos Marines belt and firmly clasped in his fist was a pin.
Attack roll vs. Silnai, Turn 2 (1d20=13, 1d20=14)
(ooc: You're forgetting to put down your HP, don't forget )
... And the grenade exploded, still firmly lodged one on one of the metal contraption's leg, ripping the outside of the leg and several others nearby to shreds, revealing a black pulsing substance filling the mechanical bits of the creature.
Its nature having been revealed, a green lance traveled from one of its limbs...
Attack Roll Vs. Aegan 3 (1d20=1, 1d20=1)
Aegan dove out of the way of the wounded pariah. The force of the blast must have left him temporarily stunned because the creature was flailing in every direction. Taking advantage of the opening given him the Chaos Marine unholstered his bolt pistol and emptied out two rounds at his foe.
Attack roll vs. Silnai, Turn 3 (1d20=13, 1d20=15)
(ooc: I'll be gone for about 30 hours, my next post will come tomorrow evening GMT-5)
The bolts hit dead center, and some of the dark metal underneath is penetrated, bits of metal evaporating in the air.
Attack Roll vs. Aegan 4 (1d20=19, 1d20=11)
The pariah seems to gain its balance, and one of the blow torches glows green for a second, before launching another blast at you, before leaping once again into the rafters.
Aegan dove when the blast headed in his direction. The round blasted into the crates sending shrapnel flying and a piece of metal jammed right into Aegans leg. Wincing, the chaos marine ripped the piece out and chucked it into the direction of the mechanical monstrosity bounding through the rafters.
Attack Roll vs. Silnai, Turn 4 (1d20=7, 1d20=3)
The metal piece bounces harmlessly off of an upraised limb, and it crawls deeper into the rafters..
Attack Roll vs. Aegan 5(I think.) (1d20=2, 1d20=
