A friend and I are planning to scratchbuild a pair of Imperator titans, using the template for the Dreamforge titan (No, don't bother asking for the templates). My question to all of you is, what should we do for rules? These are arguably the most powerful land-based engines of destruction in 40k lore, so a suitable set or rules/points cost seems to be in order.
I think the first rule is Place this models on table, then shout "I'm the Adeptus Titanicus bitch!". For the rest of the game, your opponent must shoot every weapon at this titan, and for every hit, just laugh and repeat your opening phase. During your first shooting phase just pat your opponent on the back and say in a calm tone "Boom, your dead".
I'm not joking. The Warlord titan is near this level in the above rules. It took 12 titans to take on the Dies Irae (and don't try convincing me it was chaos that made it so powerful).
Sleeping, not dead.

I've been sigged! Huzzah!
As for the OP, It sounds like fun, I just can't imagine using it as a model with an actual points value. Just moving it would be terrain-breaking. What would the stomp attack be? Remove all models from the quarter this model occupies?
Just to kick some ideas around to get the ball rolling:
It is supposed to fit a company or regiment in one leg right?
So, stats for each leg would be:
Transport" 100 - 1000?
Just to do the the foot posts would have to be something like 12" diamter cylindars plus "toes" about 6" long from each direction.
Dang it, I just looked at the current Epic rules, they don't even seem to have an Imperator to use for reference compared to a Warlord.

I've been addicted to World of Tanks lately and neglecting my IG... But it is so... much... fun!
