ive heard lots about them, but so far naot been able to find any rules on them.
Im making them myself.

tely-porta boy
points-11
Ws 4
Bs 2
S 3
T 4
W 1
I 2
ld 7
A 2
save 5+(because of there bulky equipment)
mob size: 5-10
weapons:slugga, choppa, or shoota(may mix)

options:
all moddles may be equiped with tank-busta bombs at plus 3 points a moddle

character:
any number of moddles may be upgaded to a mekboy at +8 points a moddle, they may take up to 30 points of wargear each. at least one boy must be a mek.

Special rules:
telly-porta packs: can deep strike always, even when the mission dosnt allow. however, they always scater 3d6 in. if any doubles are rolled, or they scater of the table, then the mob is lost. iF they land on an enamy unit, the squad is not lost, they just count as starting in cc(there used to that kinda thing).

Psyco:fearless. when they apeer, roll a d6, on a roll of a 1, 2, of 3, the mob freeks out and shoots the neerest unit(friendly of foe), with whatever weapons they have available. this attack happens before the turn starts, and dosn't affect the turn in any other way(and only happens once). on a roll of a 4, or 5, they can charge the turn they come into play. on a 6, two of the telly-porta boys where lost in a violent explosion.

They sound really cool, however there are already rules for them here. however you could always make yours some sort of special unit of them (orcs are always botching thoings together, so why wouldn't they have different rules for different warbands.)

for a more direct link look here

also maybe the the telly-porta packs should act a bit like the warp spider jump packs - so that they are good even if they can't deep strike or maybe allow them to allways deep strike.
