Just to start these are experimental and probaly flawed rules
so please bear with me.

graf Harazahn has retinue of loyal
staffers which include a standard bearer
and medic. His staffers can be upgraded.

The lord mashal is equiped with bionics,a power fist,
macharian cross,refactor field and the staff of voksta which
counts as a power weapon a trademark item and a surveyor.
SPECIAL RULES
Vostroyan statesman
Harazahn is a embodiment of vostroya
any vostroyan unit with Harazahn becomes fearless.
And becomes iniative 4.

I was confused there for a minute and though he had 4 attacks and Initiative 2.

With my loose guess work he is worth about 155 before his Ld bonus and fearless and Initiative 4 rules.

Hew has a squad of 4 guys, who are fearless and he can't make any other squads fearless until they are all dead. But he does make all IG within 12" Ld 10.

That is probably worth more than 5 points, so i'd raise him to maybe 175. Maybe even more.

Give this guy some background to flesh him out.
All he is at the moment is Officer with nice staff and fearless USR

I think it will be recommended that you incorporate some flyers within the next edition. Make flyers totally playable during a great army checklist, in lieu of simply VDR. They are nice as well as would certainly put an interesting angle about the sport. Perhaps even hurtling transports! Thoughts please!
