The Brightweavers are mentioned in Inquisitor #12, a Games Workshop magazine dedicated to the Specialist Game, Inquisitor. In that particular issue, 5 new Aspect Warriors are mentioned. I am not aware if you guys are aware of that. I didn't manage to get a copy, but manage to find a rough translation from a French website. Here's the link: http://babelfish.yahoo.com/translate...rUrl=Translate
The Brightweavers represent Death in the form of Light. They represent the domain of Khaine that spans even over the realm of light.

Brightshard Guard ~ Shard Drive
The colour of the armour of the Brightweavers, the Brightshard Guard, are those of their targets after being lighted by their lasers: red going up quickly in the spectrum towards orange, yellow and then incandescent white. The reason for this similar scheme is not to mimic the destruction wrought on their targets, but to blend in seamlessly with the defensive function of the Guard, called the Shard Drive, for the armour is capable of sparking a bright laser flash that blinds enemies attempting to aim at the Brightweavers. So called for the Drive emits shards of spectra light off the surface of the armour, that diffuses the sensor and targeting nodes of enemy weapons, making them hard to be perceived and detected from the considerable distance they are capable of engaging the enemy from. The light flash emitted enters far into the spectrum, making it capable of disrupting the sensor readings of the most sophisticated of targeting equipment.
The Brightweavers count as being equipped with Defensive Grenades. In addition, weapons with special targeting rules, e.g. Targeters, do not benefit from those rules when used against Brightweavers.
Aspect Skills of Khaine:
Weaver of Lights
Dance of Light ~ Weaving Light
The Brightweavers bear their name for the Dance of Light that they weave with their laser guns. By moving in bewildering arcs in step with each other, while at the same time training their lasers on the enemy target, they can weave a deadly array of laser beams that are all but impossible to escape from. Great discipline and practise is needed for the Brightweavers to keep in step and time with each other as they weave out a deadly and beautiful Dance of Light, so the unity shared by the Brightweavers is unlike any that can be replicated by a group unaccustomed to its members.
Weave of Light:
Before the unit Shoots, you may choose to combine the firepower of any Brightweaver armed with a Bright Lance into a single Shot. Pick one model as the firer, and for each contributing model increase the Strength by 1 and lower the AP by 1, to a maximum of Strength 10 & AP 1. If four or more are combined the Shot ignores Cover.
Phoenix Powers of Asuryan:
Lightlancer: +10Pts for the Exarch. The Pulse Laser and Scatter Laser wielded by the Exarch count as Lance. The Bright Lance counts as +1S.
Hmmm, not sure exactly what to think of these guys. Perhaps rather than the linked fire rules you've got there you could make a chart.
2 combined- S9 AP2 lance twin linked
3 combined- S10 AP2 lance twin linked
4 combined -S10 AP1 lance twin linked
5 combined -S10 AP1 lance twin linked ignores cover.
2 combined- S7 AP5 Heavy 4 twin linked
3 combined- S7 AP4 Heavy 6 twin linked
4 combined- S7 AP4 heavy 8 twin linked
5 Combined- S7 AP3 heavy 8 twin linked
Fast Shot: he can fire twice, this lets him do his own combined shot. -15pts
Direct Fire: Enemy re-rolls cover saves.
Other than that they're fairly easy to kill so i'd drop their points down to 30-32. 32 to be safe.
The Emperor Protects
Eldar 3rd Overall/Best General of 26--2nd Overall/Best General of 7--1st Overall/Best General of 11
You forgot they got the Brightshard Guard. I am not sure if the Exarch should be able to do his own combined shot. I will contemplate this. You must remember that the only reason why the shot becomes more powerful is because of the Light of Dance done with the other members in the squad.
