I invented 'ruin rules' for my ruin city terrain, the buildings have a certain strength and when a weopon fires at the building/ocuupants it does damage, the building can be estroyed, replaced with dif. terrian and untis in/on it take damage and are pinned by rubble!
So what are these strengths? Do the buildings just crumble? I like the Idea! Reminds me of an episode of Turn Signals on a Land Raider...

doesnt city fight already have rules for knocking down buildings?
You know? Demolition strategems and the like?
You could always use bunker rules.. and treat them like an immobile viehcle with an armour value, but maybe give it hit points to avoid a single lascannon taking down a big building
