Anyone know if forgeworld is planning on releasing conversion kits to be used with the plastic baneblade to make other super-heavies (ie stormblades etc)? Seems like it would be a logical next step but who knows with GW/FW.
I think I heard that Forge world will be or is making a conversion kit for the Shadow sword. I think the Shadow sword is the one with the really big gun. From what i can gather this means they will make a kit which provides the parts to upgrade a plastic Baneblade and turn it into a Shadow sword. I don't know specifics about any other conversion kits though.
I would imagine FW will consider making others such as the one with the giant plasma gun (I like that one) or others. They may possibly release parts for the Nurgle tank variant of the Baneblade. I have heard they will also be making a Brass scorpion. The Brass scorpion isn't a Baneblade but it would seem FW is going to be involved in making some big vehicles for Apocalyse.
Yeah, there was a shadowsword conversion kit at UK games day this year. There are rumours going around of doing other variants, and I can't see why they wouldn't do them...
I also can't imagine that they would be very cheap, but anything is better than having to pey the full FW price!
But I call to God, and the LORD saves me.
