Im liking the sound of this new book, chosen knights sounds terrifying
and my nurgle could do with some new units, epically those monster orge type things,
and im glad to see special characters from the other gods,
but im slightly confused, demonic mounts for chosen knights?
im guessing this would be a more 'lesser' demonic mount compaired to the characters demonic mount?

Another thing he said was that all Warriors will now have 'Chaos Armour' so 4+s all round.

I am kinda hoping the better than Blood Knights thing is false, I already have trouble justifying fielding 55 point Cav. Anymore points and you could make up a unit of Mounted Empire Captains for the same price

I heard the chaos armour one some time ago, i think it was going to be chaos armour, shield standard for 14pts, i also heard WS6 A2 for warriors or just plan A2, so mant different rumours that to be fair are most likely just madeup.

The best one was the magic item that allowed daemons or beasts to be used, i think the WD list kinda ended that one.

Possibly A2, this seems to be quite a common "buff" on existing units, but I very much doubt we'll be seeing WS6 - possibly WS5, but even that is scary enough on such hard infantry..

Imagine both of them are right. Chaos Warriors with Mark of Khorne and Great Weapons. 5 across the front and your talking 15(16 if champ) S6 attacks.

However, i really cant wait for this. After what i thought was a quite strong daemon codex, this just sounds like its going to blow everything else away. Chosen Knights meant to be better than Blood Knights? Yes please lol.

In further news, if you can really call it that, i heard from a store manager that the models are getting a make over to show the progression through chaos. This means that the "better" the model, the bigger it is. So in other words, Marauder --> Warriors --> Chosen. To be honest i cant see GW creating a seperate box of models for Chosen, but I think the idea itself would be great. Oh and he said the new Chosen Knights are massive(in size)

The new Chosen knights are huge. They really do actually look like they would give Blood Knights a pasting. Statwise the Chosen chaos knights are actually on a par with Blood Knights when you consider all of the abilities a blood knight has. Between the two facing off against each other it will be a case of whoever gets the charge will annihalte the other.
As to what they actually look like your best bet is to have a look at some pictures of the vikings from the film Pathfinder as those the inspiration for these new Chaos Knights.
