I have mine coming Monday, no one was in last week to pick up the delivery. But, due to having no door bell I am not confident that I'll get it Monday, and will probs have to have it sent to the post office for Wednesday.

So here I am looking at the sprues for the stealers that Inquisitor Blackadder has so kindly forced me to paint with no pay .

One of the first things I realise as I clean up the minis? The single-piece genies only have 5 limbs. The missing limb seems to exist of nothing but a shoulder joint that disappears between the arm and the leg and there's no space between the 2 on the underside so I have no idea where it's supposed to be hiding . The stealer ripping through the floor I can understand due to the fact it's coming up from a lower level and the one on the pillar on the lord sprue has all its limbs but I wonder whether this was a mistake or just GW being lazy.

It also seems strange that aboard a single space hulk there's such a large number of terminator heads being held by genestealers, I counted 6 in total not including the broodlord. Also strange that said heads have no evidence of ever being attached to anything due to a lack of wires/spine/fleshy bits but I'm sure I can do something about that .

I noticed that lack of limb too, considering I was building them by making sure they had 6 limbs, it was confusing as hell.

I thought painting them in exchange for the broodlord was fair enough...and the satisfaction of painting Genestealers hehe

Read through the mission book, I won't say more because of spoilers, but its explained in there. Sorta.
