Sweet. I remember seeing this on a pic somewhere and wondering where they got the parts cause I couldn't find them on the web. Well, turns out it's a new kit. Moreover, it's plastic and has excellent detail, unlike that Blastcape fiasco. although it is a bit more expensive.
EDIT: I think in the US currency the piece is around the same price as Blastscape (they don't have the price on Blastscape anymore) but the Canadian price is funny - $40. GW is funny with their currency conversions It should be ~$27, not $40! haha

It's been around for some time, since it was a part of the Battle for Macragge box...
Currently painting the Waaagh! of Warboss Borboss - Goff and Evil Sunz warband
Hah, so they are releasing it as a separate box? Good thing I suppose, since it's a pretty decent kit. Not terribly expensive either.
But yeah, it's been around since 4th edition was released, only in the old starter box though!
I've always liked that crashed lander, but I do think it was a bit daft of GW to put it in Macragge when they could have put more troops in instead, like they have done with Black Reach.
Actually this reminds me, I should paint mine up sometime!
Thou shalt remember:
Warhammer Fantasy armies do NOT have Codices. They have Army Books.

I see. Now that you guys mentioned it, yeah, I do remember it from that set, it looked familiar.
Well, at least now it's available separately!
Idk, I have it, but I never use the darn thing. I cant get people to stand on it to well, so using it as dif. terrain never works to well unless I can get them all the way over the smaller parts... Haha, though, I do like how it looks, mines been painted since the box came out. Haha
It's about time they made it it's own set!
