Games WorkshopIncoming: Skaven; Space Wolves: Getting Started | 2009-10-05 04:53:35.0 | What's New Today | Games WorkshopAlright. In an effort to get you the reader caught up in the hype here is a sampling of Skaven chitterings regarding the new book (some of which are now confirmed by the advance order listing on the GW site):

New kit available will be able to make plague furnace, screaming bell, or plague catapult.
And some of the characters...
Packmaster Skweel Gnawtooth
Warlord Queek Headtaker
Looking very good (the models i mean ) all looking very ratty, i must say, really digging those long front teeth. That hellpit abomination sounds cool too, is that the uber rat ogre?
Jezzails no longer skirmish, would make them more susceptible to incoming fire i suppose.
That infernal bomb sounds like a nasty: don't want your enemy coming round a flank, drop that baby.
Did that Stormvermin ASF rumour ever pan out?
Got a "good" rumour from a GW staffer? Forget about it, LO'ers know more than any random GW shop staffer.

That Snitch model looks pretty awesome - I like the knife held in the tail! I wonder how many of his foes didn't see that one coming.
Queek Headtaker also looks pretty good - he doesn't look like a the sneaky skaven I'm used to, though. Interesting...
Cheers for keeping us up to date, Kuffy!
Looking very pretty indeed. For Rats anyway. No doubt they'll have lots of horrid little tricks for us to get used too. I'm glad those nasty Jezzails are a ranked up unit now. Makes them easier to kill!
And the Vermin Lord is back. I thought that boy had been Buried along with Female Orcs.
My Warriors of Chaos will still kill 'em in the face though. Twice.
Those are top. Snikch is brilliant- I love the skaven triangle with the three blades.
I'm also very pleased to see the doom wheel. It's a silly idea but it's gagging to be a snotling pump wagon.
No more NG spearmen, thanks! Now I need some pump-wagons!
Queek looks awesome! Reminds me of teh old model but much more dynamic. Hope he still has Dwarf Gouger / other weapon rules to use both. Queek was never sneaky, jut VERY vicious!

Deathmaster Snikch is awesome.
I'm half tempted to buy him.
