New GW paints on their way?

that's a hell of a lot of colours. It's gonna take a long time to figure out what colours are the same as specific old ones. It's gonna be hard to do your paintschemes if you can't find your old colours.

From what I have heard they will have the old/new names compared in a White Dwarf.

Some of the colors are obvious. Ultramarine Blue becomes Calgar blue.

Yeah, it is pretty obvious for some seeing as the colours will refer to specfic armies
Caliban green is most likely dark angels green
XV-88 is some form of tau colour...
etc etc, seems like they just replaced all the names of chapters or armies to homeworlds for general colours and named characters/units for more specific colours... that or this is just an easy way to think of new paints names...

For all you guys that don't know. These are the GW paints direct from the supplier. The names are different but the range is there. They even have the old Inks and colours like Jade Green and Brazen Brass.

Now where are the original Citadel Glazes?

No inks and only four of the Glazes, if they in fact have the same properties as the originals. :doubt:

Every time? If you mean every colour I would assume it would be if their already doing a re launch, they might as well come up with new names for everything to reduce risk of any other name been already owned by someone else.

Every time they relaunch i can see existing colours changing names.For example white.Why change skull white to ceramite white(according to the new catalogue).
