@Bdoydie - I just thought that would be the easiest way to minimise the front heavy look

I think the wings are for stability rather than lift!

The sm-flyer is just adorable, while the orc flyer is just "boss" !

It's nicer to look at from behind.

Im glad I saw that. The boosters on the bottom make it look like it actually may be able to fly

Also the wings will be a great place to mount weapons and the like.
Aside from the box nosed cockpit and the larger than life gun mounted on its back the thunderhawk seems capable of flight, whereas the stormchicken and the stormchick do not.

Though my opinion is that except from the last one from FW(dont remember the name now) the whole space marine aircraft department, is an utter failure design wise.

Says pilot... Nothing about your name suggests you should know diddly about flight... Lol

    anywho...

Sad to say, it looks really kinda cool from the back end... The front looks alot better with the guns placed closer in, still funny, but LOTS better.

    LoL.Got rep from me.

My nickname was born from the fact that i am wearing for the last 15+ years an old set of Rayban sunglasses, hence when i first shown up at uni, people referred to me as pilot. It was easier to remember that the first days when noone knows names.
