By far, FW still puts out better vehicle models than GW .

I have no idea what I was thinking ...

The sm-flyer is just adorable, while the orc flyer is just "boss" !

The wings definitely have their place. sure they are stubby, but what aircraft has correctly proportional wings when done in "heroic Scale" Take the Thunderhawk and Stormraven, There is no way short of antigrav tech that the wings on either of those would ever get them off the ground. Also the wings will be a great place to mount weapons and the like.

Aside from the box nosed cockpit and the larger than life gun mounted on its back the thunderhawk seems capable of flight,whereas the stormchicken and the stormchick do not.

Though my opinion is that except from the last one from FW(dont remember the name now) the whole space marine aircraft department, is an utter failure design wise.

Sad to say, it looks really kinda cool from the back end... The front looks alot better with the guns placed closer in, still funny, but LOTS better.
